Identify what kind of offer is being described

A first-payment offer, a rebate, a membership claim and a ranking prize arise from different events. Before comparing their values, identify what the offer rewards. A deposit-related credit is not the same as a prize allocated after an event, and a recurring claim is not necessarily automatic.

Write down the offer name, eligible audience and triggering action. Then locate the period during which it applies. This creates a basic description of the campaign that can be compared with the account's activity. A familiar banner design or repeated use of the word bonus does not establish that two campaigns have identical rules.

Read a percentage alongside its base

A percentage needs an amount to which it applies. In a fictional example, 10% of 200 is 20. That arithmetic says nothing about whether the account qualifies, whether the reward is capped or whether a separate claim is needed. It only explains the relationship between a stated rate and a stated base.

Find the terms that define the base: it could refer to a particular qualifying amount or another measure. Do not apply the percentage to a larger headline total simply because that number is easier to see. If the base is unclear, the calculation is incomplete even when the percentage itself is prominently displayed.

A maximum is a ceiling, not an individual award

An “up to” figure sets an upper boundary. It does not establish the amount every account will receive. A campaign may also contain tiers, qualifying thresholds or a cap. Those conditions determine how a displayed maximum relates to a particular case.

For a fictional illustration, a rule awarding 10% with a cap of 30 would produce 20 on a qualifying base of 200, assuming all other conditions were satisfied. A larger base would not remove the cap. This example explains how two terms interact; it must not be copied into an IK7 offer description as an actual entitlement.

Separate qualification, allocation and claiming

An account can meet a condition without the credit immediately appearing in the place expected. A campaign may have a qualification stage, an allocation stage and a claim stage. Read which steps the actual terms describe. A progress indicator completing is not necessarily the same event as a reward being credited.

When reviewing a missing reward, identify the last confirmed stage. Was the qualifying action recorded? Did the campaign recognise it? Was a claim required and completed? This sequence keeps an offer query separate from a payment query. Repeating the payment does not answer whether the original action qualified.

Read restrictions before treating credit as unrestricted

Promotional credit can carry conditions on use, eligible titles, deadlines or withdrawal. The exact definitions belong to the campaign. A wallet total that includes a reward does not by itself establish that all of it is available for every action. Read the account's balance labels alongside the offer's terms.

If a requirement uses a multiplier, identify the amount to which it applies and what activity counts toward it. Do not infer those definitions from another campaign or another application's guide. A mathematical expression is only useful once its inputs and qualifying activity are known. This page does not establish any IK7 completion requirement.

Preserve the offer context when asking a question

Keep the campaign name, the applicable terms and the relevant account reference together. If the offer changes later, those details explain which version you were reading. A current banner may no longer describe the conditions associated with an earlier action, so the timeline matters as much as the headline amount.

IK7 offer questions

Does the largest figure on a banner tell me what I will receive?

No. It may be a maximum, a pool or another campaign measure. Individual eligibility and calculation rules are needed before that figure can be applied to an account.

Can the calculation be correct while the reward is still unavailable?

Yes. Arithmetic does not establish eligibility, claim completion or use restrictions. Those are separate parts of the terms that must also be satisfied and understood.
